You can change optional course information from the Settings > Course area within a course. This will only be available to you if you are a part of a group with User and Settings Access to the course.
Additionally, if you are designated an administrator of the domain in which the course falls, you can change required course information, including section labels and external course and section IDs, by clicking Edit Required Course Information in the yellow box.
*Note: If the course was created via feed processing, future runs of the feed will replace the course information with the original data. Therefore adjustments should be made in the feed itself and not in the settings area for the course.
