There is no bandwidth limit for accessing nor throttling of Concourse. As a primarily text solution, we have never experienced an issue in delivering reliable and fast service over any connection speed or period within the academic cycle.
If the files feature is enabled, system-wide, per course size limitations are specified by the contract. In most cases each course is allotted up to 100MB of space.
