Service Availability

High availability of Concourse is one of our utmost priorities. We consistently maintain "four nines" (99.99%) of uptime. Historically that's less than 5 minutes of downtime per month, including planned maintenance.

Should we expect to considerably impact clients due to the planned unavailability of part or all of our service, or an unexpected outage occurs, we communicate this via email with all system administrators of Concourse.
