This depends on how accounts are configured to sign into Concourse, that is whether the native (internal) Concourse sign on is used or your account is authenticated against an external system. You may not know which of these two methods is in place, but your administrator should be able to tell you. Either way, and even if you don't know, you can try both of the following options remembering that one of the two will not work even if the right credentials are submitted.
If external authentication is in play, you should use your school provided ID and password, much like you do to access other information systems. In some cases this can be your email, but more often than not is the preceding part (e.g. bob.smith123) before the @school.edu.
Next, to see if your credential combination is working appropriately, try logging into another campus system that uses the same of username and password. If you are not able to do this, and you are sure the right user name is being provided, then the password may not be correct. To change or reset your password, you should contact your help desk. Concourse does not store passwords when users are externally authenticated.
Finally, if you are able to access other campuses systems and not Concourse, don't hesitate to send us a request.
In the case of internal authentication, make sure you are entering your email and the password you setup when you first used Concourse.
If that isn't working, you can reset your password by clicking the link on the login page. After providing your email, you will then get an message with instructions on how to go about the password reset, after which you should be able to log in again.
Single Sign On
Some schools use a third option to provide seamless access to Concourse using single sign on. While technically the same as external authentication, this means you don't actually "sign on" to Concourse directly to get access. Rather you sign on to another system first (e.g. LMS, portal, etc.) and then your information is passed to Concourse when you navigate to it. Issues being able to access Concourse using this option can only be addressed by your system administrator.
If it turns out that you are unable to log in due to a CSRF security check failure, please follow the steps in this article or contact your school's IT helpdesk.
