Domain Permissions Report Release Notes

Summary

The Domain Permissions Report provides a full listing of all users with specific domain permissions (Administer, Edit, Report, or Audit) for each domain.

Benefits

The Domain Permissions Report provides greater clarity and control over domain permissions, which makes user administration more efficient. 

Availability

The Domain Permissions report is available in sandbox (6/26/25) and production (7/17/25) environments. Users who can set domain permissions can access the Domain Permissions Report in the Concourse Report Center. Users may only generate reports for the domains to which they have 

Step-by-Step

  1. Reports > User Reports > Domain Permissions Report (View)
  2. Select a Domain Permission (Administer, Edit, Report, Audit)
  3. The resulting table identifies users with the selected domain and their domain combination (campus, school, department)
  4. Select Download CSV if a spreadsheet of the report is desired
